Our Rates
All flights take place weather permitting. Too much wind is the most common reason that causes us to cancel a flight. Storm systems, poor visibility or fog, and of course rain can also be factors. The decision to fly or not to fly is entirely up to the pilot. There are many factors that must be considered and our pilots are some of the most experienced in the country, so please be understanding if your flight is postponed or cancelled.
Rides are $200 per person (plus sales tax) and are by appointment only. A deposit is required. If we are unable to fly on your scheduled day, this deposit can be refunded or we can reschedule to another mutually convenient day.
Upon request, we also offer a "Sweetheart Flight" for $650 per couple (plus sales tax.) This guarantees that you and your special someone are the only passengers on the flight and is popular if you might want to "pop the question." We normally can only do these two-passenger flights on weekdays only.
We fly locally throughout Springfield and the surrounding Ozarks area. If you'd like to fly somewhere outside the immediate area, please call us for a price quote. With adequate advance notice, we can plan a ballooning adventure anywhere in the United States or the world.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa as acceptable forms of payment.
Our morning flights take place at sunrise. For evening flights, we meet about two hours before sunset. Given that mornings usually have better conditions for ballooning, we recommend the sunrise option. You should allow 2 1/2 to 3 hours for the entire experience and actual flight time is about an hour or a bit more.
